About: Jobie Summer Yagoda

Artist. Business Manager. Creative Catalyst.

Jobie Summer is an artist, business manager, and the proud protégé of her mother, modern abstract painter Loren Yagoda. Together, they work side by side in their Scottsdale Quarter art gallery and studio—curating, creating, and helping clients discover the transformative power of original art.

Jobie is not only the logistical backbone of the business—managing commissions, installations, and private curations with precision and care—but also an emerging artist in her own right. Under Loren’s mentorship, she has begun developing her own Wabi-Sabi inspired paintings, reflecting her reverence for nature, imperfection, and the quiet beauty of intentional living. Her work echoes her mother’s soulful aesthetic while expressing a voice that is uniquely her own.

With a degree in Art History from Smith College and a Master’s in Education, Jobie’s foundation in the arts runs deep. She has also spent time teaching, working in galleries, investing in real estate, and serving as a financial advisor for over 15 years. These experiences have shaped her rare ability to blend business acumen with creative vision—making her the ideal guide for clients seeking both beauty and meaning in their spaces.

Raised by a strong, kind, and fiercely independent single mother, Jobie was instilled with a deep sense of resilience, authenticity, and purpose. Today, she brings those same values to every project—helping others curate environments that reflect who they are and how they want to feel.

At the heart of her mission is a belief that art isn’t just decorative—it’s healing, grounding, and essential. Whether supporting a collector, creating her own work, or managing the gallery, Jobie leads with intention, always aiming to bridge beauty with soul.

Artist's Statement

“My art is about those people and paths where secrets live untold. Like the bone structure of our anatomy or the lines that create architecture, the construct of our character leaves footprints to those who have shared our time and space. My hope is that my paintings will remind you of your own history and its importance in your existence.”
